Morrish (SB 243) Act No. 115
Prior law provided that provisions concerning the authority and funding of the insurance
fraud investigation unit in the Department of Public Safety and Corrections will be null, void,
and unenforceable on July 1, 2014. New law extends these provisions until July 1, 2016.
Effective July 1, 2014.
