Morrish (SB 246)
Present law divides the shrimping waters of the state into inside and outside waters.
Proposed law changes the line to conform to the existing coastline as a result of changes caused
by coastal erosion and subsidence.
Proposed law allows the W&F Commission to amend by rule the line of demarcation in
accordance with the APA.
Effective August 1, 2014.
