Present law requires the Board of Ethics to follow the Administrative Procedure Act in order to
amend forms and reports.
Proposed law allows the Supervisory Committee on Campaign Finance the ability to amend
forms and reports by the joint approval of the Senate and Governmental Affairs Committee and
House and Governmental Affairs Committee.
Proposed law allows personal financial disclosure forms to be amended by the joint approval of
the Senate and Governmental Affairs Committee and House and Governmental Affairs
Committee.
Effective August 1, 2014.
