Present law creates the crime of drug-traffic loitering. Provides for elements of the crime,
definitions, and penalties.
Present law was found unconstitutional by the Louisiana Supreme Court in 	State vs Muschkat,
706 So. 2d 429, 96-2922 (La. 3/14/98).
Proposed law repeals present law.
Effective August 1, 2014.
