NURSES. Changes the domicile of the Louisiana State Board of Practical Nurse Examiners.

AN ACT1
To amend and reenact R.S. 37:963, relative to the Louisiana State Board of Practical Nurse2
Examiners; to provide for the domicile of the board; and to provide for related3
matters.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1.  R.S. 37:963 is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows: 6
ยง963.  Domicile of board7
The domicile of the board shall be New Orleans Jefferson Parish, Louisiana.8
Section 2. This Act shall become effective upon signature by the governor or, if not9
signed by the governor, upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature10
by the governor, as provided by Article III, Section 18 of the Constitution of Louisiana. If11
vetoed by the governor and subsequently approved by the legislature, this Act shall become12
effective on the day following such approval.13 SB NO. 279
