Martiny (SB 279) Act No. 120
Prior law provided that the domicile of the Louisiana State Board of Practical Nurse
Examiners ("board") is New Orleans. New law changes the domicile of the board to
Jefferson Parish, LA.
Effective upon signature of the governor (May 16, 2014).
