Present law provides that on or before July 1, 2014, the superintendent of the office of state
buildings shall cause to be constructed in exactly 10 state buildings rooms of the type provided
for in present law, in a number of at least one room per building.
Proposed law amends present law to provide that on or before July 1, 2016, the superintendent of
the office of state buildings shall cause to be constructed in exactly 20 state buildings rooms of
the type provided for in present law, in a number of at least one room per building.
Effective upon signature of the governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
