Present law declares that DOTD is a body politic and corporate and shall function under the
control, management, supervision and direction of the secretary in the manner and to the extent
provided by Title 36 of the LRS.
Proposed law makes technical corrections and otherwise retains present law.
Effective August 1, 2014.
