Murray (SB 45) Act No. 364
Prior law, relative to Orleans Parish Criminal District Court, provided procedures for
preparation of transcripts and reports of testimony by court reporters in cases appealed from
judgments of the criminal district court to the judges of the court sitting as a court of appeals,
and to the supreme court. New law changes "the supreme court" to "an appellate court" and
retains remainder of prior law.
Effective August 1, 2014.
