AN ACT1
To amend and reenact the introductory paragraph of R.S. 40:1300.253, relative to the2
Louisiana Smokefree Air Act; to provide for definitions; and to provide for related3
matters.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. The introductory paragraph of R.S. 40:1300.253 is hereby amended and6
reenacted to read as follows:7
ยง1300.253. Definitions8
For the purposes of this Part, the following terms shall have the following9
meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:10
