Present law defines "bar", "business", "department", "employer", "enclosed area", "local
governing authority", "place of employment", "public building", "public place", "restaurant",
"retail tobacco business", "school", "secondhand smoke", and "smoking".
Proposed law makes technical changes.
Effective August 1, 2014.
