DENTISTRY. Provides relative to the practice of dentistry and the regulation of the

AN ACT1
To amend and reenact the introductory paragraph of R.S. 37:760(A), relative to the practice2
of dentistry and the regulation of the profession; to provide for the powers and duties3
of the Louisiana State Board of Dentistry; and to provide for related matters.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. The introductory paragraph of R.S. 37:760(A) is hereby amended to read6
as follows:7
ยง760. Powers and duties of the board8
A. The board shall exercise, subject to the provisions any provision of this9
Chapter, the following powers and duties:10
