Proposed law authorizes the governing authority of. St. Martin parish to provide by ordinance for
the office of the constable to charge a $30/hr fee for services specified in such ordinance.
Provides that any and all fees generated shall be used toward the expense of the constable's
office.
Effective August 1, 2014.
