Present law provides that information on the prescribing of certain controlled dangerous
substances shall be reported no longer than seven days after the date of dispensing.
Proposed law deletes the provision regarding seven days and leaves in tact the provision that
such reporting shall be at the frequency determined by the La. Board of Pharmacy.
Effective August 1, 2014.
