Johns (SB 556) Act No. 472
Prior law provided that information on the prescribing of certain controlled dangerous
substances shall be reported no longer than seven days after the date of dispensing.
New law amends prior law to provide each eligible prescription shall be reported no later
than the next business day after the date of dispensing.
Effective August 1, 2014.
