DIGEST Murray (SB 580) Proposed law provides that the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal may charge a filing fee not to exceed fifty dollars for a civil motion not otherwise subject to any other fee. The fee amounts collected shall be used to defray operational and maintenance expenses of the court. Effective upon signature of the governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
