(8/1/14) AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 40:964(Schedule II)(D) and to repeal R.S. 40:964(Schedule2 IV)(B)(4.1), relative to the Controlled Dangerous Substances Law; to provide for the3 composition of the schedules of the controlled substances; and to provide for related4 matters.5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6 Section 1. R.S. 40:964(Schedule II)(D) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as7 follows: 8 §964. Composition of schedules9 Schedules I, II, III, IV, and V shall, unless and until added to pursuant to R.S.10 40:962, consist of the following drugs or other substances, by whatever official11 name, common or usual name, chemical name, or brand name designated:12 * * *13 SCHEDULE II14 * * *15 D.
