HUNTERS/HUNTING. Prohibits the taking of game birds and wild quadrupeds from within

AN ACT1
To amend and reenact R.S. 56:116.1(B)(1), relative to the taking of game birds and wild2
quadrupeds; to provide for the taking of game birds and wild quadrupeds from a3
moving land vehicle on private property; to provide certain prohibitions; to provide4
terms, conditions, and requirements; and to provide for related matters.5
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6
Section 1. R.S. 56:116.1(B)(1) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:7

B. No person shall do any of the following:10
(1) Hunt or take game birds or wild quadrupeds from within or upon a11
moving land vehicle or aircraft.12
