HUNTERS/HUNTING. Prohibits the taking of game birds and wild quadrupeds from within
or upon a moving land vehicle or aircraft. (8/1/14)
AN ACT1
To amend and reenact R.S. 56:116.1(B)(1), relative to the taking of game birds and wild2
quadrupeds; to provide certain prohibitions; to provide terms, conditions, and3
requirements; and to provide for related matters.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. R.S. 56:116.1(B)(1) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:6

B. No person shall do any of the following:9
(1) Hunt or take game birds or wild quadrupeds from within or upon a10
moving land vehicle or aircraft.11
