Morrell (SB 74)
Present law provides for bottle sizes and bottles per case for wine shipped into and sold in the
state.
Proposed law retains present law and authorizes 500 milliliter wine containers and 19.5 and 58.5
liter wine kegs to be shipped into and sold in the state.
Proposed law requires that wine containers size 5 - 58.5 liters be packaged with one bottle per
case.
Proposed law requires that wine containers size 500 milliliters be packaged with 12 bottles per
case.
Effective August 1, 2014
