Heitmeier SCR No. 39
Requests DHH to study the most effective means to ensure the proper utilization of Attention
Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) medications in Louisiana and to report its findings
to the Senate Committee on Health and Welfare and the House Committee on Health and
Welfare. Requires the department to protect the privacy of individuals involved in the study.
