Requests the La. Workforce Commission to review National Council on Compensation
Insurance classifications as to skilled and nonskilled employees in the home and community
based industry in Louisiana and make such recommendations to NCCI for adjustment in rates
as will adequately reflect the differences in the respective job expectations, responsibilities,
and compensation.
