ACT 57 (HB 178) 2015 Regular Session Dove
Existing law provides that all land, including mineral rights, in the possession of the
Atchafalaya Basin Levee District in Terrebonne Parish for the purposes of ownership and
maintenance and operation of the Atchafalaya Basin Levee District be transferred to the
Terrebonne Levee and Conservation District.
New law additionally requires the Atchafalaya Basin Levee District execute an act
evidencing the transfer provided for in existing law.
Effective June 5, 2015.
