ACT 58 (HB 184) 2015 Regular Session Huval
Prior law required that an applicant for a producer license applying for renewal within five
years of the expiration date of his license was exempt from the requirement of an
examination.
New law changes prior law by requiring that an applicant apply within two years of the
expiration of the previous license to be exempt from the requirement of an examination.
Effective August 1, 2015.
