Code of Criminal Procedure Article 895.4(I) is hereby amended and 7reenacted to read as follows: 8 Art. 895.4. Probation; fees; certified crime stoppers organizations 9 * * * 10 I. When a defendant in a criminal or traffic matter is convicted of any 11 criminal offense or of any traffic offense in any court for which the appropriate 12 certifying officer has certified one or more organizations as certified crime stoppers 13 organizations, the court shall assess an additional cost of court for each offense for 14 which the defendant is convicted. This cost of court shall be in the amount of two 15 three dollars and shall be in addition to all other fines, penalties, and costs imposed 16 by the court.
