[R.S. 1:13(B) and 24:177(E)] HB 190 Original 2015 Regular Session Connick Abstract: Removes the collection and transportation of solid waste exception from intentional and simple littering. Present law prohibits the intentional and simple disposal of litter and prohibits allowing the disposal of litter on public or private property or on the waters of the state. Present law provides for an exception from the intentional and simple littering prohibitions for duly licensed and properly covered commercial vehicles in the course of collecting and transporting solid wastes.
