WILDLIFE & FISHERIES DEP:  Authorizes advertisements on Department of Wildlife and
Fisheries property
1	AN ACT
2To enact R.S. 56:13, relative to advertisement placement on property of the Department of
3 Wildlife and Fisheries; to provide for sponsorship of signs on state-owned assets; to
4 provide for the authority of the Wildlife and Fisheries Commission; and to provide
5 for related matters.
6Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
7 Section 1.  R.S. 56:13 is hereby enacted to read as follows:
8 ยง13.  Placing of advertising signs on state-owned property
9	The commission may authorize the placement, erection, and maintenance of
10 advertising and sponsorship signs on immovable property, improvements on
11 immovable property, vehicles, vessels, and assets of the department.  The
12 commission shall promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the
13 Administrative Procedure Act to implement the provisions of this Section.

Proposed law grants to the Wildlife and Fisheries Commission the authority to allow the
placement, erection, and maintenance of advertising and sponsorship signs on immovable
property, improvements on immovable property, vehicles, vessels, and assets of the
department.
Proposed law requires the commission to promulgate rules and regulations in accordance
with the Administrative Procedure Act to implement proposed law.
