Placing of advertising signs on state-owned property 9 The commission may authorize the placement, erection, and maintenance of 10 advertising and sponsorship signs on immovable property, improvements on 11 immovable property, vehicles, vessels, and assets of the department. The 12 commission shall promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the 13 Administrative Procedure Act to implement the provisions of this Section.
