Abstract: Authorizes advertising and sponsorship signs on property of the Department of Wildlife
and Fisheries.
Proposed law grants to the Wildlife and Fisheries Commission the authority to allow the placement,
erection, and maintenance of advertising and sponsorship signs on immovable property,
improvements on immovable property, vehicles, vessels, and assets of the department.
Proposed law requires the commission to promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the
Administrative Procedure Act to implement proposed law.
