Abstract: Increases the initial application, survey, and license fee and the annual renewal fee for
lenders licensed to make consumer loans.
Present law requires lenders licensed to make consumer loans to pay an initial application, survey,
and license fee of $550. Proposed law increases the fee to $650.
Present law requires lenders licensed to make consumer loans to pay an annual renewal fee of $450.
Proposed law increases the fee to $500.
