Abstract: Adds a member of the city council of New Orleans to the membership of the board of
directors for the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts.
Present law provides for the creation of the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts. Further provides
for the creation of a board of directors to be composed of 13 members.
Proposed law adds to the board of directors, the member who is from the governing authority of the
city of New Orleans in whose election district the center's main campus is located or his designee.
Otherwise retains present law.
