HB 339 Engrossed 2015 Regular Session Dove
Abstract: Provides for the functions and responsibilities related to the mitigation of integrated
coastal protection projects as approved by the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority
Board.
Present law provides upon the approval by the board, and notwithstanding any law to the contrary,
the authority, the state, or any political subdivision thereof, may use its own employees or equipment
for satisfying any mitigation requirements resulting from or related to an integrated coastal protection
project. Proposed law changes employees or equipment to resources.
