ACT 69 (HB 339) 2015 Regular Session Dove
Prior law provided that upon the approval by the board, and notwithstanding any law to the
contrary, the authority, the state, or any political subdivision thereof, may use its own
employees or equipment for satisfying any mitigation requirements resulting from or related
to an integrated coastal protection project.
New law retains prior law except changes employees or equipment to resources.
Effective Aug. 1, 2015.
