Abstract: Creates the "Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal" special prestige license
plate.
Proposed law creates the "Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal" license plate for
recipients of the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal and provides for the use, name, fee,
design, and specifications of the specialty plate.
Proposed law requires the secretary of the Dept. of Public Safety and Corrections to develop and
adopt rules relative to the implementation of the specialty plate including the transfer of the license
plate to the surviving spouse and the disposition of the specialty plate.
