HIGHWAYS: Designates a bridge located on Louisiana Highway 2 in Union Parish as the
"Alvin Green Memorial Bridge"
1 AN ACT
2To designate a bridge located on Louisiana Highway 2 in Union Parish as the "Alvin Green
3 Memorial Bridge"; and to provide for related matters.
4Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
5 Section 1. The Louisiana Highway 2 bridge which crosses Corney Bayou
6approximately three miles west of Farmerville in Union Parish shall be hereinafter known
7and designated as the "Alvin Green Memorial Bridge".
8 Section 2. The Department of Transportation and Development and its contractors
9are hereby directed to erect and maintain appropriate signage reflecting this designation.
