Abstract: Designates portions of certain highways in Bossier Parish.
Designates the portion of La. Hwy. 72 from its intersection with U.S. Hwy. 80, known locally as East
Texas Street, south to the intersection of I-20 in Bossier Parish as "Private First Class Joshua C.
Burrows Drive".
Designates a portion of U.S. Hwy. 80 in Bossier Parish as "Sergeant Craig Nelson Memorial
Highway".
Directs the Dept. of Transportation and Development to erect and maintain appropriate signage
reflecting these highway designations
