SUPPLEMENTAL PAY:  Provides with respect to Tunica-Biloxi tribal officers eligible for
supplemental pay
1	AN ACT
2To repeal R.S. 40:1667.1(F)(2), relative to supplemental monthly compensation for certain
3 law enforcement officers; to remove the restriction on the number of eligible tribal
4 officers of the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana.
5Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1.  R.S. 40:1667.1(F)(2) is hereby repealed in its entirety.

Abstract:  Increases the number of tribal officers of the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana
eligible for supplemental pay.
Present law authorizes a supplemental monthly payment of $500 for each municipal or tribal
police officer who has completed one year of service.  Limits the number of eligible officers
in the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of La. to 13.  Proposed law removes the limitation on the number
of officers in the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of La. eligible for supplemental pay.
