Abstract: Increases the number of tribal officers of the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana eligible
for supplemental pay.
Present law authorizes a supplemental monthly payment of $500 for each municipal or tribal police
officer who has completed one year of service. Limits the number of eligible officers in the Tunica-
Biloxi Tribe of La. to 13. Proposed law removes the limitation on the number of officers in the
Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of La. eligible for supplemental pay.
