Abstract: Repeals the provision of income tax credits for the purchase and installation of certain
solar energy systems.
Present law provides for a credit against income tax for the cost of purchase and installation of solar
electric and/or solar thermal systems at a single-family residence in Louisiana.
Proposed law repeals present law.
