Abstract: Authorizes an increase in certain fees collected by the marshal for the city of Hammond.
Present law authorizes the city marshal of Hammond to collect a fee of $10 for taking an appearance
bond, to supplement the operational expenses of the marshal's office.
Proposed law increases the fee authorized for collection from $10 to $20.
