Appropriates from the state general fund for FY 15-16 the sum of $119,876.53 in favor of plaintiff,
Traci L. Newsom also known as Traci Cook, the sum of $19,200 in favor of plaintiff, Gerald Blow,
$10,523.47 to the Dept. of Health & Hospitals for Medicaid reimbursement and $400 to
AmeriHealth Caritas La. through its subrogation recovery agent Xerox Recovery Services for
Medicaid claims, to pay the consent judgment in "Gerald L. Blow, Traci L. Newsom, individually
and on behalf of her minor child Emily Johnson v. St. of La., through the Dept. of Transportation
and Development and Richard W. Suhm", bearing No. 2013-10709C on the docket of the 22
nd
Judicial District Court, parish of St. Tammany.
Effective July 1, 2015.
