Abstract: Creates the crime of unlawfully supplying a child 12 years of age or younger with an Uzi
submachine gun.
Proposed law prohibits the supplying of a child 12 years of age or younger with an Uzi submachine
gun.
Provides that a person who violates proposed law shall be imprisoned with or without hard labor for
not more than two years, fined not less than $1,000 nor more than $5,000, or both.
