Abstract: Changes the frequency of meetings of the West Feliciana Parish Port Commission from
monthly to yearly.
Present law creates the West Feliciana Parish Port Commission and requires the commission to hold
regular monthly meetings.
Proposed law changes the regular meetings from monthly to yearly.
Present law provides for special meetings, the election of the commission's officers, the location of
meetings, quorum, and the vote necessary for action by the commission. Proposed law retains present
law.
