Existing law creates the West Feliciana Parish Port Commission.
Prior law required the commission to hold regular monthly meetings.
New law changes the regular meetings from monthly to yearly.
Existing law provides for special meetings, the election of the commission's officers, the
location of meetings, quorum, and the vote necessary for action by the commission.
Effective Aug. 1, 2015.
