ACT 178 (HB 98) 2015 Regular Session Hensgens
Existing law requires the premium costs of group life and accidental death and
dismemberment, group health, accident, dental, hospital, surgical, or other medical expense
insurance to be paid in full by the clerk of court for the parishes of Bossier, Caddo, Caldwell,
Franklin, Grant, LaSalle, Webster, and Winn from the clerk's salary fund for any employee
who is entitled to receive monthly benefits from the La. Clerks' of Court Retirement and
Relief Fund and who retires with at least 20 years of full-time service and is at least 55 years
of age.
New law retains existing law and extends requirements relative to the payment of group
insurance premium costs to the clerk of court for Cameron Parish.
Effective August 1, 2015.
