Urges and requests the Dept. of Transportation and Development to study the
implementation of flashing yellow left-turn arrow signals at major intersections.
Requires the department to prepare and submit a written report detailing the results of the
study by Feb. 1, 2016. Requires that the report be submitted to the House Committee on
Transportation, Highways and Public Works and the Senate Committee on Transportation,
Highways and Public Works.
