Requests the State Bd. of Elementary and Secondary Education to study the advantages,
disadvantages, quality, and effectiveness of assessments administered to public school
students as part of the state's testing program and to report its findings and recommendations
to the House and Senate education committees at least 60 days prior to the 2016 R.S.
Provides for specific issues to be included in the study and provides for participation by
public high school students, parents of public school students, and public school teachers,
administrators, and guidance counselors.
