HCR 220 Original 2015 Regular Session Cromer
Urges and requests the House Committee on Insurance and the Senate Committee on Insurance, in
consultation with the Department of Insurance and insurance industry representatives, to study the
insurance premium tax and retaliatory tax issues affecting insurance companies doing business in
the state of Louisiana. Authorizes a report by the committees to the La. Legislature on or before Dec.
31, 2015.
