Requests the Department of Insurance to study the need to regulate insurance consultants,
to recommend whether insurance consultants should be required to follow the provisions of
the Louisiana Insurance Code and be regulated by the commissioner of insurance, and to
report its findings and recommendations to the La. Legislature  no later than January 15,
2016.
