COMMENDATIONS: Commends The Empowered Woman Honors event
1 A RESOLUTION
2To commend The Empowered Woman Honors event for its efforts in enriching and
3 enlightening the lives of women in communities.
4 WHEREAS, The Empowered Woman Honors event is a community event to honor
5extraordinary women who empower their communities; and
6 WHEREAS, the purpose of The Empowered Woman Honors event is to provide a
7platform that will allow women who add value to their communities to be enriched,
8enlightened, and empowered; and
9 WHEREAS, The Empowered Woman Honors is founded by Marvin Anderson, who
10serves as a community ambassador, strategist, and professional development coach; and
11 WHEREAS, The Empowered Woman Honors event strives to strengthen
12communities and cities through its community development and partnerships; and
13 WHEREAS, it is appropriate to commend The Empowered Woman Honors event
14as it continues to enrich the lives of extraordinary women who empower their communities.
15 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the House of Representatives of the
16Legislature of Louisiana does hereby commend The Empowered Woman Honors event and
17does hereby express best wishes for continued success in its efforts to honor extraordinary
18women of empowerment.
19 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a suitable copy of this Resolution be transmitted
20to Marvin Anderson.
